The Working Group have now announced a ‘Search Area’ where a site for a Geological Disposal Facility, or GDF, could potentially be found.
This community drop-in is an opportunity for you to meet representatives from the Allerdale GDF Working Group and Radioactive Waste Management, to share your views, ask questions and find out more about the process and what this Search Area announcement means for you and your community.
