Project Overview

Brigham War Memorial Hall were awarded £18,352 to install solar panels and batteries to ensure the sustainability of the hall and to reduce its energy bills.

The hall is listed as a safe place in the Parish Council’s emergency plan which covers 500 homes in Brigham and Broughton Cross and the funding will also support the installation of an emergency power supply system so that in event of a major power outage the hall can be used as a place of refuge.
