Project Overview
Inspira is a leading employability skills expert, providing free professional careers advice and guidance to young people in Cumbria and Lancashire.
They were awarded £59,861 for an 18 month project linking young people with employers throughout the Allerdale Community Partnership search area.
The project will provide a single, managed route for employers to engage in career education activities, to inform the future workforce about local opportunities and to articulate their skills needs. It will also co-ordinate activities that allow young people to encounter employers, gain insights into the workplace and learn about future career routes as part of a coherent programme of careers support.
