Project Overview

They were awarded £45,268.24 for their ‘Together We Talk’ project which aims to improve mental health, physical health and empower people to better manage their symptoms and provide alternative services to help a person’s health.

The ‘Together We Talk’ project will look to tackle health inequalities, promote emotional resilience, and reduce service silos, and empower people to better manage their mental and physical health and wellbeing by offering a range of different interventions including evidence based talking therapy (such as counselling, dialectal behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, etc), emotional regulation strategies’, and structured exercise.
