Project Overview
Workington Town Council were awarded a grant of £126,288 which will provide playground equipment for Vulcan Park, which is located in the centre of Workington. The play area of Vulcan Park is one of the largest play areas in the town and is very widely used throughout the year. The new equipment will provide a facility that is completely inclusive for local children with equipment that will accommodate wheelchair access and provide sensory play.
